At Sacks Parente Golf Company we pride ourselves on getting your new putting instrument to you as fast as possible.
Your order is packed in a custom designed box, with the utmost care, to protect your putting instrument during the trip from us to you. However, if the package arrives damaged or opened, check its contents (if possible) in the presence of the shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc) and in case of a problem (opened, empty or damaged package), you should refuse the package and mention the specific reason for your refusal to the delivery person. Then immediately inform us, by email, at help@sacksparente.com and we will solve the problem.
If the package arrives without your ability to refuse it, still contact us at the above email address and we will solve the problem.

Orders for standard product, placed from Monday thru Friday, before noon, are processed and placed into manufacturing within 24 hours. Depending upon the day of the week we receive an order, holidays, level of customization, volume of orders in manufacturing, the specific options you have chosen, your putter may take longer. DELIVERY
Deliveries within the USA typically take 3 to 5 days using our standard complimentary shipping. This can change depending on where you are located in relationship to Camarillo, California.
INTERNATIONAL
Outside of the USA, the delivery time can be more than one week.
