RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE: READ CAREFULLY.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased putter for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a refund, if the putter is returned in its original packaging, along with all provided components. This includes any specialty items, documentation, proof of ownership card, putter cover, etc, and your original packing slip should be left inside the box.  Note: Customized putters are not returnable, see below. The returned putter must be in “like new” condition, and the box dated received by a qualified carrier, (Qualified carriers are: UPS, USPS, FEDX or DHL) within 30 days of delivery to the address on the order form, by the shipping company.

If you wish to return the putter from 31 days to 45 days after purchase, there is a 30% restocking charge and the putter must meet all of the same conditions above.

After 45 days all sales are final.

All other products may be returned within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping if complimentary,  or exchange if the product is unused (not worn when it is clothing) and it is returned in its original packaging, including its packing slip and your receipt for the purchase.

If you wish to return the item from 15 days to 30 days after purchase, there is a 30% restocking charge and you must also returned the item in its original packaging, including its packing slip and your receipt for the purchase.

After 30 days all sales are final.

To return merchandise:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from returns@sacksparente.com via email or by phone toll-free (833) 776-6659 tell the operator you would like to get an RMA.
  2. Apply proper postage and mail (no COD’s will be accepted) to the following address:

  3. Return product,. If it is a putter include all components, any specialty items, documentation, proof of ownership card, packing slip, copy of your receipt and the putter must be in “like new” condition. If  other merchandise, and the product is unused (not worn when it is clothing), return it  in its original packaging, including its packing slip and your receipt for the purchase. Write the RMA number on the outside of box and on the original packing list. If you wish to exchange the product, please clearly mark the request on the packing list. We will make every effort to fulfill the request, however we cannot guarantee exchanges.
  4. Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility. Use a carrier that offers tracking capabilities, such as UPS, or Federal Express and retain a copy of the tracking number(s) for your records. It is further recommended that you add the appropriate insurance to protect yourself in the event the product is lost or stolen and never delivered to Sacks Parente.
  5. Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. An email confirmation of the credit will be sent to the email address on file once the return is processed.
  6. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; if you requested “Complimentary Shipping” your refund will have a shipping cost deduction of $15.00. If  sales tax was charged it  will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return. If you paid for expedited shipping that is not refundable.

Methods of Payment

A major credit card is required for all purchases made online at SacksParente.com. We currently accept all major credit cards. Please note, you credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Taxes and Processing

Certain sales include fees or other taxes that may apply to your purchase. These taxes or fees may vary from state to state and will be collected for orders shipped to states where these are applicable. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates as well as other factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the shipment destination of the order.

Customized Products

Customized products of any type, with any customization of any type, are non-returnable. Paint colors requested, cannot be guaranteed although we make every attempt to match your request. Computer or other device screens are not reliable for color match because they vary in color and brightness output.
