Doing so will ensure your purchase information is stored in our database and easy to find should you have a warranty issue. Additionally, in the rare event, we discover an issue with your product, we can quickly contact you with a resolution.

This limited warranty covers Sacks Parente brand putters manufactured by Sacks Parente Golf Company, LLC (“SPG”) for the benefit of the original retail purchaser (“original purchaser”) for as long as they own the putter.

This warranty terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the putter to any other person.

Subject to SPG’s inspection of the product, SPG will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at SPG’s option, the defective product without charge for parts or labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty. SPG may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product, in which case SPG will issue to the original purchaser, at SPG’s option, either a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product, or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new SPG putter.

This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, scrapes, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use), accidents, or modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by SPG. In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond SPG’s control including, but not limited to, theft, misuse, shaft overloading, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with the normal rules of Golf.

This SPG warranty does not cover any damage to non-SPG products transported using SPG products or used in conjunction with SPG products. If a product is believed to be defective, the original purchaser should contact SPG directly and not the dealer from whom it was purchased. Upon contacting SPG directly, an SPG technician will provide the original purchaser with appropriate instructions for returning the product to SPG. The original purchaser will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product to SPG. In order to receive any remedy under this warranty proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice, warranty card with matching serial number or receipt is strictly required.
